The assault resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, two women had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at about 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of people injured by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
